Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the day you received your package. Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn; all tags must also be attached. Please include original invoice in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our Website and print out your order summary.


Full refunds are provided when damaged items cannot be replaced. A full refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days of the received return.

Once your return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for store credit to process. You will notified via e-mail once your credit has been posted.

How will I receive my store credit?

You will receive an email with a E-Gift card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. Your credit will be less $5.99 since we do not cover shipping charges.
